Sometimes
we resist doing what is in our best interest because we have a natural
resistance to change, or we feel unworthy of good things in our lives.
Remember with self-improvement we open up to the manifestation of
positive things which include new learning experiences, friends and
activities. Do not let fear of the unknown hold you back from achieving
your life goals.

The mind is more receptive when it is relaxed. Sit comfortably in a quiet location. Close the eyes and take a few deep breaths. Practice repeating this affirmation to yourself for five to ten minutes, daily, without distraction. If throughout the day your find yourself engaging in negative inner dialog, counter its effects by repeating this affirmation.
