Class Information
Our yoga classes focus on strength and
flexibility for the entire body
through various posture sequences. To balance the mind and
spirit, each class includes breathing techniques, a guided deep relaxation, and meditation.
The
specific yoga poses we do in each class depends on the class level. We have
classes for brand new students to advanced students. We also offer
personal lessons.
Class sizes are small ~ less than
twelve students in a class ~ to provide personal attention for individual
needs. Experienced teachers provide detailed instruction for
proper alignment, and encourage students to progress at their own pace
while listening to their bodies.
