Class Information

Chin MudraOur yoga classes focus on strength and flexibility for the entire body through various posture sequences. To balancethe mind and spirit, each class includes breathing techniques, a guided deep relaxation, and meditation.

The specific yoga poses we do in each class depends on the class level. We have classes for brand new students to advanced students. We also offer personal lessons.

Class sizes are small ~ less than twelve students in a class ~ to provide personal attention for individual needs. Experienced teachers provide detailed instruction for proper alignment, and encourage students to progress at their own pace while listening to their bodies.

Our classes run in eight-week sessions, instead of signing a contract for a full year. New students can join at anytime, even after the session starts. Our classes are ongoing too, so new students will not feel left behind and can experience the benefits of yoga in the very first class.
