Healthy Life Yoga and Awakenings Spa (next door) are hosting an open house and would love for you to attend and bring friends! We are both under new ownership and the studio has been remodeled...come see the beautiful much more open and airy space. We now have a reception area, a lovely, open studio, and are adding more workshops, teachers, charity events, and a retail section is coming!

The open house will have food, wine and other drinks, free services (including massage and deep relaxation), drawings for free gifts every hour, and a chance to meet everyone from the studio and spa as well as see many of your yoga friends. Please bring 2 or 3 cans or boxes of food to DONATE to the FOOD BANK--We would love to take a huge truck of food over to the Central Virginia Food Bank during these summer months when donations are low and demand is high with kids home from school.
