Deepen Your Yoga: Lessons in Feldenkrais®
Four Part Series
Each Sunday in September from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Join us for a series of Feldenkrais® Lessons designed to help you
get more out of your Yoga practice. The Feldenkrais Method® is a

to teach the relationship of body parts to each other and to the
whole by stimulating the nervous system. You will begin to learn
how to move in a way that is painless and is optimal for your body
shape and condition.

classes are to:
• Enhance your ability to feel and sense what is happening while
moving into and holding a Yoga pose;

improve your concentration and increase the level of relaxation
obtained from your practice
