REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The following registration information
helps make sure we have enough space in class so everyone is comfortable
when you to join us.
Drop-ins
You can take a single class if you would like to try out our classes,
but please let us know you are coming so we can make sure there is room
for everyone. We have a class size of 15 students so everyone gets
plenty of room and attention from the instructor.
Registering for yoga classes
We are a single room studio and need to know how many spaces are
available in each class, so we ask you to register into a specific
class. You may call to schedule your first class or use our
online registration form. We will
ask you to pay for class and complete any remaining registration
information at your first class, so you will need to arrive about
15-minutes early.
Class card expiration dates
The expiration dates for our class cards depend on the number of
classes you register into each week and include a grace week for any
missed classes. We regret the inconvenience that we can not provide
refunds or transfers for unused or expired classes. However, we do
allow you to make up your missed classes.
Missed classes
You may make up any missed classes in another class, pending space.
Since we save your space in the class you register into, we ask that
you call to let us know when you will not be attending and when you
are making up a class. Please attend a make up class of the
appropriate skill level and make sure it's before the expiration of
your class card.
Registering and paying for weekend events
Most of our events have limited space availability, so please register
in advance to ensure you will have a spot. We are unable to
guarantee a space for you if you have not registered for the event. Because
many of the events require the purchase of items prior to the date of
the event, we are not able to refund payments after three days prior to the
date of the event. For this same reason,
payments for events can not be transferred to other events or classes unless the
event is cancelled. All events are subject to cancellation if the
class minimum is not met. We will
notify you in advance of any cancellations or changes as early as
possible.
Type of payment accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or check for payment of classes and
retail. All returned checks are subject to a $20 charge as well as any
additional bank fees incurred.
