The prenatal yoga program at Healthy Life Yoga is designed to prepare you for your unique birth experience.
Weekly classes are led by instructors that have been trained to work with the unique experiences of pregnancy.
Classes include relaxation and breathing techniques as well as poses to promote muscle toning, strength, balance and improve focus.
Prenatal Yoga may also help alleviate other discomforts such as low back pain, sciatica, swelling and restless sleep.
A prenatal yoga class is a great way to meet other pregnant women and feel a sense of community in a healthy supportive environment. Prenatal classes are on-going and students may join anytime.
Currently, prenatal classes are offered on Tuesday evenings, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Registration can be done through our online class schedule.
